- Submitting a request does not guarantee service until confirmed by us.

- Pricing & Payments

- Client Responsibilities

- Confirm spellings, details, and final designs before printing or publishing.
We are not responsible for errors approved by the client.
- Printing & Merchandise Disclaimer
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, print materials, or production processes.
- Once printing or production begins, changes or cancellations are not allowed.
- We are not responsible for supplier delays beyond our control.
- Intellectual Property
- All designs remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved design is transferred to the client.
- We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
- Use of Designs
Clients may not:
- Resell, modify, or redistribute designs without permission.
- Claim authorship of designs before full payment.
- Use rejected or unpaid concepts.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Design work already completed is non-refundable.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
- Refunds (if applicable) are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for unlawful activities.
- Copy, reproduce, or misuse website content without permission.
